DATA CONFERENCE / CONSENT

The data provided through the information request form are intended to be used and processed for the purposes of the service in question. The provision of personal data is optional. The conferment and the relative consent are essential conditions for the acceptance of the service. In case of refusal of consent, the service will not be provided.

DATA PROTECTION STORAGE

The data are processed through formspree.com and are then forwarded (through digital means) to a database owned by Levantebus and its data processors. These databases are organized and managed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations.

DATA PROCESSING

The data is processed by employees and / or professionals and / or persons in charge and / or connected to and by Levantebus, to carry out management activities or to carry out technical operations necessary for the best IT organization of the archives.

COMMUNICATIONS

The data may be communicated by Levantebus exclusively to its customers who have given it a search and selection assignment and to its own affiliated or controlled companies.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The art. 7 of the Legislative Decree. 196/2003 grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, such as: The right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and the provision of the same in an intelligible form; The right to know the origin of the data, the logic and the purposes on which their treatment is based; The right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if the interested party has an interest, the integration of the data; The right to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; The right to object in whole or in part to the processing provided for the purposes of commercial information or the sending of advertising material.

For each request referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, the interested party may be asked, if the existence of data concerning him or her is not confirmed, a fee, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, according to the procedures and within the limits established by Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003 , Article 10, paragraph 7, 8 and 9. The rights relating to personal data concerning deceased persons can be exercised by anyone who has an interest in them. In exercising the rights referred to in art. 7, the interested party can confer, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals or associations.
